We are going back to back everyone! 2/7-2/8 please welcome Jocelyn Ueng @jossywossy to the tiny kitchen. A Taiwanese-Chinese American chef, creator, and traveler who has visited 45+ countries and sees food through a global lens, her cooking focuses on the micro-seasons, foraging, fermentation, and preservation; and how vital it is to consider these interconnected pieces as inputs to our ecosystem, our bodies, and our planet.

Jocelyn has cooked at some of the world’s best restaurants, including The French Laundry, Satoyama Jujo, and most recently, noma. She is currently developing her restaurant @chinlandining in the Hudson Valley and plans to open in 2027.
