In town for the long weekend? Join us for a kitchen party x family cookout! Palestinian plant-based chef Izzeldin Bukhari @sacredcuisine is travelling all the way from 🇵🇸Al Quds to Toronto, to cook with Chef Victor Ugwueke @AfrobeatKitchen.
Enjoy a mezze-style feast that blends Palestinian favourites with North and West African flavours. Both chefs have crafted a special menu that highlights a fresh harvest of greens, corn, peppers, tomatoes, and eggplant, from local farms and suppliers. (Special thank you to @zawadifarm, @wearefulcircle and @riseupfoodstoronto!).
Served to you buffet-style (you pick, we plate!). Dine in and patio seating available. All spice levels and dance abilities welcomed!
A portion of the profits will support The Sameer Project, a donations-based initiative led by Palestinians in the diaspora, working to supply aid to displaced families in Gaza.
